MyUI+ users will see the new Claim Status Tracker when they login to MyUI+. Users can now check the status of their claim(s), see pending issues and complete required action items in the Claim Status Tracker.

Program Integrity (PI) Holds

Colorado continues to see an increase in identity theft and fraudulent unemployment claims. To ensure benefits are being paid to legitimate claimants, and not fraudsters, CDLE employs a sophisticated system which analyzes claims for the presence of various markers that could indicate potentially fraudulent activity. If your claim status tracker indicates that you have a program integrity hold on your account, we will need additional identity verification documents from you (see below for more info). If you have not already, please respond to the request we sent you to upload identity documents. Please upload documents as soon as possible. If you are not able to access the request we sent you, please contact us at 303-318-9000 or toll-free at 1-800-388-5515, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please remember that you still need to certify/request payment for each week you would like benefits, including while your claim is on hold. If you do not complete your certification each week, your benefit payments could be delayed.

Q: How do I find out if I have a program integrity (PI) hold on my claim?

A: To see holds on your claim, log into your MyUI+ account. If you have a PI hold on your claim, it will appear on your claim status tracker.

You can also view the specific documentation we sent you about your program integrity hold in MyUI+ if you select “View and Maintain Account Information” in the navigation menu and then select “Issues and Determinations.” Please upload the documents that we asked you to provide in the fact-finding request we sent. Q: What should I do if I have a program integrity hold on my claim?

A: If you have a program identity hold on your account, you will need to upload additional identity documentation. To upload your identity documents, either: 

  • Upload your documents in MyUI+ by going to the issues and determinations section and then clicking on the issue link. This is the preferred method for uploading your documents. 
  • OR, if you are locked out of these screens in your MyUI+ account, please upload the identity documents on our website. Please also call us at 303-318-9000, or toll-free at 1-800-388-5515 to begin the claim unlock process.
