Per Gov. Polis’ executive order, all unemployment insurance claimants (UI) who had a weekly benefit allowance between $25 and $500 for any week between March 15, 2020 to October 24, 2020 are eligible to receive the one-time stimulus payment. This includes regular UI claimants as well as those receiving Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC), State Extended Benefits (SEB), and other types of unemployment benefits.
Please note that updates to wages reported on your claim and resolution on outstanding issues on your claim before the payment date could impact your eligibility. - How do I find out my weekly benefit amount?

Find out your Weekly Benefit Amount (WBA) by visiting cdle.colorado.gov. Type “My WBA” into the Virtual Assistant at the bottom of the page to get started. After completing the process, your weekly benefit amount will be provided to you. You can also find your WBA by logging in to your account in:
- MyUI+ if you are receiving regular unemployment benefits, Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) or state extended benefits (SEB) or a Pandemic Unemployment Assistance.
- What do I need to do in order to receive this payment?

Eligible claimants do not need to take any action whatsoever in order to receive this payment. You will receive this payment automatically through your ReliaCard or your bank account, whichever you have chosen. You do not need to speak to a customer service representative or complete any kind of certification. We will be contacting eligible claimants directly with more information. However, claimants are encouraged to log in to their benefits accounts and ensure that their address is up-to-date and their selected payment method is correct.

Payment processing will begin in early December and may occur in phases.
- Will I have to pay taxes on this stimulus payment?

Yes, the one-time stimulus payment is taxable income. Taxes will be withheld in the same way they were withheld from your unemployment benefits. To change that withholding, log in to your account at:
