Here are a few quick tips to help you get the most out of the Virtual Assistant:  To check on the status of your claim, type/say “claim status.” After authenticating you, the Virtual Assistant will be able to check on your claim and let you know if there are issues that need to be addressed.  To reset your unemployment PIN, type/say “reset PIN.” After authenticating you, the Virtual Assistant will send you a new PIN via email.
