MyUI+ users will see the new Claim Status Tracker when they login to MyUI+. Users can now check the status of their claim(s), see pending issues and complete required action items in the Claim Status Tracker.

Unable to File a Claim?

If you attempt to file a new claim in the MyUI+ application but the system advises you that there is already an account on file using your information, and you haven’t filed a claim within the past five years, a fraudster may have used your information to create a fraudulent claim for unemployment benefits.

Please complete the form below so that we can investigate this issue, and if necessary, close the fraudulent claim so that your legitimate claim may be filed and processed. Please answer all questions so that we are able to locate the claim already on file using your information.
