FOREIGN LABOR:
AGRICULTURAL & MIGRANT SEASONAL FARM WORKERS

The Foreign Labor program (H-2A visa program) is designed to allow foreign nationals entry into the U.S. to work in the agricultural industry, to meet needs that are temporary and seasonal in nature, when there is not sufficient U.S. workers available.
