For general questions and assistance, you may call our claimant services center at:

  • Denver Metro: 303-318-9000 | Toll-Free: 1-800-388-5515
  • Spanish: 303-318-9333 | Spanish Toll-Free: 1-866-422-0402

Our virtual assistant, located on the bottom of the Unemployment Insurance page can help answer basic questions. Agents are also available to help Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.

In-person assistance is available with an appointment at our lobby at 621 17th Street, Suite 100, Denver, CO, 80202. In-person appointments will be reserved primarily for claimants with limited computer access, tech skills, or individual assistive needs. Before you can book an in-person appointment, you will need to review the self-help options available to you and confirm that you still need an in-person appointment. If you are simply dropping off paperwork or forms, you do not need to make an appointment. We have a secure dropbox available in the lobby from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You may use our document submission form to submit documents directly to the UI Division.

To make an in-person appointment, please review our “Unemployment Self-Help Options and Lobby Scheduling Form.” If you have provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time. Appointments will be held for 5 minutes past the scheduled time. If you miss this grace period, you may be required to schedule a new appointment.

The fastest way to file a claim, reopen a claim, make a payment request or report a job separation is through MyUI+.
