In-person assistance is available with an appointment at our lobby at 621 17th Street, Suite 100, Denver, CO, 80202. In-person appointments will be reserved primarily for claimants with limited computer access, tech skills, or special assistive needs. Before you can book an in-person appointment, you will need to review the self-help options available to you and confirm that you still need an in-person appointment.

Please review our “Unemployment Self-Help Options and Lobby Scheduling Form” to see if you need an in-person appointment. Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with more details.

Remember, the fastest way to file a claim, reopen a claim, make a payment request or report a job separation is through MyUI+ or you can call our file a claim/payment request line at 303-536-5615 to speak with a live agent.

If you are simply dropping off paperwork or forms, you do not need to make an appointment. We have a secure dropbox available in the lobby from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
