Once you request an appointment, you will receive an email with important instructions. Be sure to read it carefully and follow all instructions or you may not be allowed in for your appointment.

Please Note that the Unemployment Insurance lobby is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The lobby is not open to the public, and you will not be admitted to the building if you do not have an appointment.
