Lobby Phone Appointment Scheduler

If you need help filing a claim, or need answers that you have not been able to find online, you can schedule an appointment to speak with a representative using the telephone in the Unemployment Insurance lobby.

Once you request an appointment, you will receive an email with important instructions. Be sure to read it carefully and follow all instructions or you may not be allowed in for your appointment. Please note that the Unemployment Insurance lobby is open by appointment only. The lobby is not open to the public, and you will not be admitted to the building if you do not have an appointment.

This tool is not for scheduling in-person ID.me appointments. To schedule an in-person ID.me appointment, please first schedule a callback by dialing 303-318-9000 or by using the Virtual Assistant. During the callback, a representative can assist you with scheduling an in-person ID.me appointment.
