If you need help filing a claim, accessing a claim, completing identity verification or technical support that cannot be provided online or over the phone, you can request an appointment to meet with a CDLE representative in the Unemployment Insurance (UI) lobby.
Once you request an appointment below, you will be contacted through email or phone to schedule the appointment. Please note that the Unemployment Insurance lobby is open by appointment only. The lobby is not open to the public, and you will not be admitted to the building if you do not have an appointment.
