This is an official communication from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment Unemployment Insurance Division.
As you know, federal pandemic benefit programs including PUA, PEUC, MEUC, and FPUC are ending this Saturday, September 4, and no benefits can be paid for these programs for any weeks after that date.
However, if you are entitled to benefits for weeks prior to September 4 but haven’t yet received them, don’t worry. Any PUA, PEUC, MEUC, or FPUC benefits you may be owed for prior weeks will still be paid after September 4, pending determination of eligibility and resolution of any pending issues or investigations related to your claim. We will continue to process and investigate claims and issue back payments to eligible claimants as appropriate.
