For wage and hour citations and appeals decisions dated on or after August 6, 2025, utilize the shared Google folder below. You may search by year or utilize the Wage Theft Transparency Act spreadsheet to look up the citation or appeal decision by:
- Date
- Claim number
- Employer Name
And use the information from the spreadsheet to search the folder by claim number or employer name.
