- Workers temporarily or permanently laid off as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Dislocated workers (separation of employment at no fault of your own);
- Long and short- term unemployed workers (within 2 months or more of unemployment);
- Formerly and currently incarcerated (within 12 months of release);
- Self-employed workers who are currently unemployed or underemployed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- And individuals with limited or no work history.

To get started, connect with your local workforce center to review eligibility requirements with a Workforce Specialist Representative. Speed up the process by completing your Connecting Colorado Registration prior to visiting your nearest workforce center.
