QUEST offers financial assistance and personalized career support to job seekers who are returning to the workforce in a post-pandemic environment. QUEST provides funding for training programs, paid internships, certifications, and industry-recognized credentials to enhance your skills and make you a more competitive candidate. With QUEST, you also receive:

  • Targeted 1:1 career counseling, assistance with job search, resume writing and interviewing;
  • Access to hiring events, job fairs and customized workshops (hybrid options available);
  • Employment, training (possible tuition support), and supportive services assistance (transportation, childcare, housing, fees related to training and much more);
  • And paid Work-Based learning opportunities (including on-the-job training, apprenticeship support & paid work experiences) to build your skill sets.

To get started, connect with your local workforce center to review eligibility requirements with a Workforce Specialist Representative. Speed up the process by completing your Connecting Colorado Registration prior to visiting your nearest workforce center.
