How to Submit Customer Service Requests in MyUI Employer+

#FFFFFF

In an effort to better serve Colorado employers, MyUI Employer+ offers an integrated Contact Us feature. The Contact Us functionality can be used to request UI Employer Services Staff to assist with any issue or question you may have with your employer account. The Contact Us feature should be used in lieu of a phone call to reduce holding times, and connect you with appropriate division staff.

Submit a Contact Us Form

Step 1. Login to Your Account

  • Login into your MyUI Employer+ account.
    • If you cannot login to your account, contact the employer account administrator. If you are the account administrator, contact Employer Services at 303-318-9100.
  • Click the “Contact Us” link on your Employer Homepage.

Note that Contact Us forms must be submitted from an employer account. If you are a Third Party Administrator (TPA) submitting a Contact Us form on behalf of an employer, you will need to access the employer’s account using the Employer Search functionality.
