How to Submit Customer Service Requests in MyUI Employer+

In an effort to better serve Colorado employers, MyUI Employer+ offers an integrated Contact Us feature. The Contact Us functionality can be used to request UI Employer Services Staff to assist with any issue or question you may have with your employer account. The Contact Us feature should be used in lieu of a phone call to reduce holding times, and connect you with appropriate division staff.

Submit a Contact Us Form

Step 1. Login to Your Account

  • Login into your MyUI Employer+ account.
    • If you cannot login to your account, contact the employer account administrator. If you are the account administrator, contact Employer Services at 303-318-9100.
  • Click the “Contact Us” link on your Employer Homepage.

Note that Contact Us forms must be submitted from an employer account. If you are a Third Party Administrator (TPA) submitting a Contact Us form on behalf of an employer, you will need to access the employer’s account using the Employer Search functionality.

Step 2. Describe Your Issue or Inquiry

  • Use the textbox provided to describe the issue you are experiencing or your inquiry.
  • Include your contact information in the textbox. Division staff will use the information you provide to contact you.

Step 3. Upload Supporting Documentation

  • Upload supporting documentation with your form. If you have supporting documentation, click the Choose File button and upload the file from your computer. Supporting documentation is not required to submit a Contact Us form.

Step 4. Submit Your Contact Us Form

  • Select the area your question or comment is related to using the provided dropdown menu. Related areas include:
    • Account Maintenance - For any function under the Account Maintenance tab.
    • Audits - For Audits.
    • Collections - For debt, liens, levies, penalties, or interest on your account.
    • Employment and Wage Detail - For wage report submissions or adjustments.
    • Payments - For payments.
    • Rates - For premium rate or a rate protest.
    • Registration - Unemployment Insurance employer account registration.
    • Urgent Priority - For urgent issues requiring immediate attention.

Your inquiry will be sent to staff who can best support you depending on the area you select.

  • Click “Submit”.
