MyUI+ users will see the new Claim Status Tracker when they login to MyUI+. Users can now check the status of their claim(s), see pending issues and complete required action items in the Claim Status Tracker.

Viewing Payment History

You can view payment history in MyUI Employer+. To view payment history, navigate to the left-hand navigation menu and click the “Payment Information Home” tab. Click the “Financial Transaction Summary” subtab.

Click the blue hyperlink labeled “Quarterly Summary”.  

The tool Payment hierarchy tooltip states: Payments are applied in a manner as prescribed by the Director of the Division of Unemployment Insurance.

Use the dropdown in the Quarterly Summary Search to sort by quarter and year. Information on submitted wages, premiums, penalties and interest, and any totals will appear. Any payments will populate for the identified quarter in the Payments Applied to Quarter section. The hyperlink on the payment can be clicked to find more information on the specified payment.
