Connect For Health Colorado
Coloradans can sign up for health insurance at Connect For Health Colorado, the state’s health insurance marketplace. Open enrollment takes place at the end of the calendar year. For a complete list of qualifying life events, visit healthcare.gov’s website.
Colorado Health Network, Inc.
The Colorado Health Network’s mission is to equitably meet the evolving needs of people affected by HIV and other health conditions through prevention, care, and advocacy. Their website provides information on how to access healthcare, case management, and more.
Salud Family Health Centers
Salud provides medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health care services to people with low incomes and who come from underserved populations, including migrant and seasonal farm workers.
Clinica Tepeyec (Denver Location)
This nonprofit clinic provides medical, mental, dental, pediatric, and maternal healthcare services regardless of income level or insurance coverage. They also provide services in Spanish.
Clinica Family Health Services (several locations)
Clinica provides affordable healthcare services (pediatric, primary care, women’s health, men’s health, and behavioral health) to people regardless of income and insurance coverage.
Stout Street Health Center (Denver)
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless has been delivering health care for people experiencing homelessness in downtown Denver for over 30 years. The Stout Street Health Center provides healthcare services for people, including children, experiencing homelessness.
