Program Integrity Holds

Colorado continues to see an increase in identity theft and fraudulent unemployment claims. To ensure benefits are being paid to legitimate claimants and not fraudsters, CDLE employs a sophisticated system which analyzes claims for the presence of various markers that could indicate potentially fraudulent activity.

If you have a program integrity hold on your claim, please contact us at 303-318-9000 or toll-free at 1-800-388-5515, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
