February 19, 2021 Public Hearing

The Division administered our public hearing regarding Wage Protection Rules, 7 CCR 1103-7 on February 19, 2021, at 1:00 pm, and all interested persons were free to offer oral testimony and/or to listen to part or all of the hearing. However, due to the current public health crisis, all participation was conducted by remote means, not in-person at the Division’s office. Below is the recording from the hearing:

The Division aims to finalize its adoption of rules on February 23, 2021, in anticipation of an effective date of April 14, 2021
