UI Weekly Update | 4.21.2021 | ID.me Update, Jobs, and more

We’ve heard your feedback. Many claimants have asked for more frequent communication, so beginning this week, we’ll be delivering at least one update each week with the information you need about Colorado’s unemployment programs. We appreciate your input, as we work to better serve you!

ID.me Identity Verification

Please do not complete the ID.me identity verification more than once, unless you are specifically asked to do so via a CDLE email or message within your MyUI+ account. Completing multiple ID.me verifications will NOT resolve any issues on your claim any faster. On the contrary, submitting multiple ID.me verifications could cause delays for yourself and other claimants.

Similarly, please do not go into your ID.me account and toggle off/on the setting to share your information with CDLE. Doing so may create duplicate submissions and cause delays.
