Reminder: Beware of Scams
Unfortunately, scammers are continuing to prey on Colorado unemployment recipients by posing as CDLE. Some claimants have reported receiving text messages purporting to be from CDLE directing claimants to log into their account to “activate new features.” As a reminder, CDLE does not send text messages with links to MyUI+. If you receive a text message asking you to click a link to log in to your account or “verify information,” please delete the message. Do not click the link, as it is likely an attempt by a scammer to obtain personally identifiable information. Scammers have gone as far as to create websites which look similar or identical to MyUI+ or other official CDLE websites, with similar URLs, in order to defraud Coloradans.
If you ever have any doubts or concerns about links you received via text messages, emails, or elsewhere, simply visit the official CDLE website at ColoradoUI.gov and log into your account from there instead of clicking the link.

As pandemic-related restrictions continue to ease up, an increasing number of employers are beginning to resume hiring. Each week, we will highlight a sector that’s hiring. This week’s sector is transportation. According to EMSI, 12,282 open positions in the industry were listed in Colorado just last week. In the past month, 2,753 transportation jobs were listed on ConnectingColorado.com.
