Reporting & Transparency Requirements

Notice: TNCs must submit the annual number of tasks that started in Colorado during the previous calendar year to the Division of Labor Standards by November 5, 2024. The disclosure must be sent to the Division’s email CDLE_Accountability_Programs@state.co.us.

In 2024, Senate Bill 24-075 was passed, adding Colorado Revised Statute § 8-4-127 to the law. This statute establishes certain driver protections and transparency standards for Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) operating in Colorado. Under this statute, TNCs must provide various disclosures to the Division of Labor Standards, TNC drivers, and TNC consumers.

One of the first reporting requirements for TNCs providing services in Colorado is a disclosure to the Division of Labor Standards the total number of annual transportation tasks that started in the state for 2023 no later than November 5, 2024
