Unemployment Insurance Rate NoticeGenerated annually as determined by CDLE.
  • The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Rate Notice provides the employer's UI Premium Rate for the year specified, as well as the contributing factors  and a general breakdown of the calculation involved.
  • The annual UI rate determines the premiums the employer is charged for based on the quarterly wages reported.
Notice of Amount DueGenerated monthly
  • The Notice of Amount Due correspondence notifies the employer of the outstanding amount due.
Missing Quarterly Wage FilingGenerated quarterly (February, May, August, and November)
  • The Missing Quarterly Wage Report notifies the employers to file a report for missing periods, even if they did not have employees or did not pay wages during the quarter.
Benefit Charge Statement-ContributoryGenerated quarterly (April, July, Oct, Jan)
  • The Benefit Charging Statement for contributory employers shows the amount charged to the employer account during the quarter shown.
  • The Benefit Charging Statement is not a bill.
  • The statement is generated the month after the end of each quarter. It is not issued if there has not been any activity on the account for the quarter.
  • Statements include the SSN and claimant name for the employer to verify the charge.
Reimbursable BillGenerated quarterly (April, July, Oct, Jan)
  • The Reimbursable Bill is a bill for new UI benefits charges and credits for the indicated quarter.
  • Reimbursable Bills do not include any outstanding charges, credits, or overpayments from prior quarters.
