To file wage reports or provide information to the UI Division via paper mail, first the employer will need to submit a Non-Electronic Communications Waiver form and receive approval before information will be accepted via paper mail. If you have an approved paper waiver on file, CDLE will mail paper wage reporting forms to be filled out and mailed back.
Paper waivers are valid for 1 full calendar year, and will need to be resubmitted each year, if desired. Employers with expiring waivers will receive a reminder at the 30 day point to remind them to renew the waivers.
The Employer Home page has an indicator identifying if the paper waiver has been accepted.
