MyUI+ users will see the new Claim Status Tracker when they login to MyUI+. Users can now check the status of their claim(s), see pending issues and complete required action items in the Claim Status Tracker.

Non-Electronic Communications Waiver

To file wage reports or provide information to the UI Division via paper mail, first the employer will need to submit a Non-Electronic Communications Waiver form and receive approval before information will be accepted via paper mail. To be mailed a copy of this form to fill out and mail to CDLE, please contact CDLE UI Employer Services: 303-318-9100 Toll Free: 1-800-480-8299. In addition, you can request immediate approval or denial for the paper waiver over the phone by speaking with CDLE UI Employer Services: 303-318-9100 Toll Free: 1-800-480-8299

If you have an approved paper waiver on file, CDLE will mail paper wage reporting forms to be filled out and mailed back. 

Paper waivers are valid for 1 full calendar year, and will need to be resubmitted each year, if desired.  Employers with expiring waivers will receive a reminder at the 30 day point to remind them to renew the waivers.

The Employer Home page has an indicator identifying if the paper waiver has been accepted.
