The Division’s Medical Dispute Resolution (MDR) Unit is a resource available to providers and payers to resolve disputes related to the utilization standards outlined by Rules 11, 16, 17, and 18. To get started, please complete the online MDR Intake Form (WC 181) or contact us for assistance.
