Rule 16 Hearing and Proposed Changes

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has proposed changes to Rule 16: Utilization Standards(opens in new window). A redlined version of Rule 16(opens in new window) and the Colorado Companion Guide Exhibit 1 are also available.
A public hearing will be held on May 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. MT. If you would like to attend, you must register ahead of time. All attendees are invited to testify during the hearing or to submit written testimony to Judge Michelle Sisk at michelle.sisk@state.co.us(opens in new window) at any time up until the end of the hearing. Premium Cost Containment Board Meeting
