Premium Cost Containment Board Meeting

March 4, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. MT

The Premium Cost Containment (PCC) Board hosts monthly virtual board meetings. A PCC meeting agenda is available. If you would like to attend, you must register for the PCC Board Meeting ahead of time.

Listening Sessions for Rules 16 & 18

March 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. MT

In 2026, the Fee Schedule stakeholder meetings will serve as listening sessions, marking a shift from previous formats. This affords stakeholders the opportunity to offer input on any technical, policy, or language considerations for the Division of Workers' Compensation (DOWC) to review. 

The first of two listening sessions will be held on March 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., MT, and will focus on potential changes to Rule 16. The second listening session will be held on April 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., MT, and will focus on potential changes to Rule 18. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions and ideas. You must register to attend the Rules 16 and 18 Listening Sessions. When you register, you will be prompted to join one or both listening sessions and indicate if you would like to speak. Case Law Updates

Monthly on the Third Thursday at 12:00 p.m. MT 

Case Law Updates (CLUs) feature Division of Workers' Compensation judges discussing real-life cases and legal issues. Free Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are available.

The discussions and commentary should not be considered a policy statement by the Division of Workers' Compensation or an indication of how the presenters would rule on any future pending cases.
