MyUI+ users will see the new Claim Status Tracker when they login to MyUI+. Users can now check the status of their claim(s), see pending issues and complete required action items in the Claim Status Tracker.

As you may know, fraudsters continue to target unemployed Coloradans. We’re continuing to see scams using fake text messages with links to fake websites in an attempt to trick Coloradans into giving up personally identifiable information.

As you may know, scammers across the globe continue to target unemployment claimants here in Colorado as well as other states. Last year, many of those scams focused on filing fraudulent unemployment claims using stolen personal information. Now, many scammers have instead begun attempting to steal login information in order to compromise legitimate unemployment claims and redirect benefit payments.

We’re continuing to closely monitor scams targeting Colorado unemployment recipients, and just this week, we’ve shut down multiple fake websites posing as MyUI+ login pages to trick claimants into entering personal information like Social Security numbers and passwords. Please be careful about clicking links in emails and text messages. Entering personal information like your Social Security number or MyUI+ password into a scam website will allow a scammer to take over your claim and intercept your benefits.

Did you know that if you have been unable to pay your rent due to financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, emergency assistance is available? The Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) can help renters as far back as April 2020. Help can include past due, current, and two additional months of expected rent costs. After the initial assistance, you can apply for additional assistance, if funds are still available.
